So the first thing we need to understand is what is FBA. FBA stands for Amazon fulfillment center and it is a great platform for those people who do not have enough space in their house or their office to do business in Amazon. In my personal view Amazon FBA will be best suitable for someone like who is staying in a remote place for a rural area and wants to sell their products in Amazon and make it available for millions of customers in India. Amazon FBA allows sellers to put their product in the warehouse and do the sales through there was a house without having enough trouble or hassle from their side. There are plenty of Amazon fulfillment centers in India through which many people can take the advantage of it and make money online. Many people wanted to know how to sell online through Amazon SBI or how to send products to Amazon FBA so this is the right video for those people.

So now we will understand each and every point about Amazon FBA and describe in detail.

• WHAT IS AMAZON FBA:  Amazon FBA is nothing but fulfillment by Amazon where you can send your products to sell through Amazon FBA without having to keep the stock in your warehouse or your shop or even your house. Amazon FBA service is available in many parts of India that is around 28 to 30 fulfillment centers are there in India right now.
• HOW TO ENROL FOR AMAZON FBA: To enroll for Amazon FBA you need to have an Amazon seller account created and once you have that done you can directly send the products to Amazon FBA fulfillment center. Remember one thing that you need to get an Amazon FBA approval through a small process which needs to be done from your CA are there suggested CA. This process takes around 10 to 15 days. That is nothing but you need to add that Amazon FBA fulfillment Centre as an additional place of business.
• WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AMAZON FBA: Some of the best benefits from Amazon FBA fulfillment Centre is that the product visibility increase and the sales also increases day by day. The second benefit is that you do not have to keep the stock in your warehouse or at your shop or even at your home. You can enjoy the whole day sitting at home and make money online by just sending the product to Amazon fulfillment Centre as they take care of the rest without any problem from your side.
• WHAT ARE THE DRAWBACKS OF AMAZON FBA: Some of the drawbacks includes stock that you need to keep in the Amazon warehouse which you need to procure in advance. So if you are a small seller then it can be a problem for you because you have to purchase the product in bulk and then send it to Amazon fulfillment center. Other drawback is that once the product is damaged or returned in a non salable then you do not get the complete value of the product.
• HOW TO DECIDE THE PRODUCTS FOR FBA: The best way to decide the product to send to FBA fulfillment center of Amazon is that you keep checking the top selling products through amazon seller app and also through category wise. This will help you to decide which products are doing good in terms of sales and you can send the same type of products to Amazon fulfillment centre on regular basis and increase your sales.
• WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR AMAZON FBA: Amazon fulfillment Center charges pretty much decent. They will charge you monthly storage fee of around 14 rupees to 15 rupees per square cubic feet. Apart from this there are Commission charges fixed closing fee and shipping charges that are normally involved in all the orders.
• WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF SALES IN AMAZON FBA: Amazon FBA as a good scope to increase your sales on regular basis if you are selling good quality product and at a very good deal for the customer. Normally people tend to buy products from Amazon FBA because they are nicely packed and shipped on time.
• AMAZON FBA OR AMAZON EASY SHIP OR AMAZON SELF SHIP: If I have to choose from Amazon FBA, amazon easy ship amazon self ship then I will go for Amazon FBA because it will save my time throughout the day as I do not have to invest my time and money in my warehouse all office or shop.
• WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE SENT TO THE FBA: There are few products that cannot be sent to Amazon FBA which are considered hazardous. They are normally mobile batteries, acid, toxic products, and things like that.

If you wish to sell online on any of the E-Commerce marketplace websites in India, the biggest challenges managing the returns. It is easy to sell on E-Commerce websites but when it comes to managing returns it becomes very difficult for online sellers to handle it. Every eCommerce website india like Amazon Flipkart Snapdeal ShopClues eBay Paytm have different policies and rules for Returns. Hence, it is extremely important to know the rules and policies for returns that happens on those particular e commerce websites. So this is what we are going to talk about today.

In this particular video I am going to show you how you can raise a claim on Amazon for a return product. So if you have any questions related to how to raise a claim on Amazon or how to manage claims on Amazon then this is probably the right video for you because at the end of the video you will have a clear idea about how to manage returns on amazon and how you will get your money back for a wrong product sent by the customer.

So lets begin with how to raise a claim on Amazon for wrong product sent. Moment you receive a package for a product sent by the customer which is not in its original condition then you must immediately take pictures of the product and the package at the same time. Take the photo of the outer box very clearly with the label fixed on top of the package. Then open the package and also take the images of the product where it shows the damage or any other scratch marks on it. This will also help you to know how to raise a safety claim in Amazon for such Returns.

Now the next procedure is to go on Amazon seller Central and search with the order number which is mentioned on the package label. Open the product details and copy the order number and go to contact us or support and raise a safety claim in Amazon seller Central.

Select the right option from the dropdown list and then write a detailed mail do Amazon claims department mentioning about in which condition you got the product from the customer and why you're raising the claim. Also mention that you have attached the photos of the product and ask them to review it very carefully and refund the money back to you for this damaged or wrong product send back to you.

Whenever you try to sell on Amazon you also must know how to raise a claim when the product is received in a very poor condition. So once you raise a claim you will get a mail confirmation in your email ID registered with Amazon and maybe in couple of days or maximum 7 to 10 days you should get a reply from the Amazon team about the status of your claim.

The best reason so many people order from alibaba is because of the cheap price and all type of quality that is available from the manufacturers. There are millions of people from the world orders from alibaba and china exports maximum products from their country to the order parts of the world. It is also very important to know few important things before you start to import from china through alibaba.

If we talked about Indian consumer market there is a huge demand of Chinese products because of the low price and the good quality basis. Most of the importers who gets the products from China through Alibaba sell their products on these Marketplace website at a very low price. This makes it very difficult for new online sellers to sell products at a good price because they will not earn any profit from the sale.

Many people also ask if you need any import export licence to get the products from China. The answer is yes, you need import export licence if you wish to bring products from China to sell in India legally. It doesn't cost much and can be easily available on a price of around 250 to 500 rupees. So it is better to have import export licence if you want to import products from China through Alibaba.

Now, you need to remember these points while you are from Alibaba. These points are very critical specially for those people who are doing the business for the first time in alibaba.com. Please make a note of these points why you do a purchase from Alibaba and try to sell it in India at low price.

1) verify if the person is a manufacturer for a middleman. Avoid dealing with a middleman as you will not get a good deal from Alibaba if you are trying to deal through a middleman.
2) verify the address of the manufacturer and also called the manufacturer through your mobile phone or you can call through WhatsApp on Skype.
3) verify the address of the manufacturer in Google Maps
4) negotiate with manufacturer.
5) as the manufacturer to send a sample.
6) make it very clear with the manufacturer about the payment terms.
7) get clear information about the shipping date and the overall order processing time before you make the payment.
8) check the manufacturer of the seller ratings and reviews before doing a purchase.
9) consider looking at the response rate in Alibaba before doing a transaction with them.
10) send a quote request to the manufacturer asking them to give you the best rate for certain quantity beginning.

Please make sure you follow these steps or more if you can from your side before you place an order or close a deal in Alibaba to order products in bulk. Also know that if someone tells you that they will get the product for you from China without paying any custom duty or import duty then do not believe that person very easily. It is practically not possible and legally not advised to do anything that sort. It is always better to pay custom duty and import duty whichever is applicable to make sure that you do not fall in trouble in the future.

Alibaba is a very nice website for Sourcing millions of products which you can sell at a very good rate in India provided you are following the right steps and the guidelines said by the indian government.

Cancellation Charge
You will be charged 2.5% of the value of items in an order as Cancellation Charge for self-fulfilled orders that are cancelled in the following scenarios:
1.    Order is cancelled by you for any reason other than buyer request (Only cancellations requested by buyers through Amazon.in website are considered buyer-requested cancellations and will be exempt from Cancellation Charge).
2.    Order is cancelled automatically by Amazon because you have not shipped and confirmed shipping of the order within 48 hours of Estimated Ship Date.
