Amazon easy ship return and refund policies which you should before selling on amazon.

Reimbursement claims for any returns related dispute should be raised via SAFE T claim. Any shipping fee related reimbursement and cancelation charges waiver should be done by contacting Seller Support. Other claim scenarios do not fall under Easy Ship fee reimbursement policy.

Safe-T claim
Note:
·         100% reimbursement refers to the amount which would have been transferred to a seller’s account in case of a successful sale. Amazon fees and commission will not be reversed. All reimbursement Safe-T cases should be raised within 7 days of order returned to seller.
·         Safe-T claims raised by seller related to any damage or dispute cases should be supported with relevant proofs like images of the product, Invoice copy, brand registry document, CCTV footage whichever is applicable. Reimbursement grant is subjected to internal investigation. In case the seller is found to be having a pattern of claiming incorrect reimbursements, it may lead to suspension of their selling account.
